The Sand Star 4-1/2" Type 27 Aluminum Oxide Grinding Wheel w/o Hub is engineered for aggressive grinding, weld removal, beveling, and heavy-duty metal fabrication. Manufactured with premium aluminum oxide abrasive, this grinding wheel delivers fast cutting performance, excellent durability, and long service life on carbon steel and other ferrous metals.

Designed with a 7/8" arbor for use with standard angle grinder flanges, this non-hubbed grinding wheel provides a secure fit for demanding grinding applications. The coarse 24-grit abrasive quickly removes material, making it ideal for weld cleanup, edge preparation, and heavy stock removal.
