Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you choose First Class Mail as your shipping preference, there will be NO tracking number per the U.S.P.S. Therefore, there will be NO refunds for "missing shipments" as there is no way to track them. If you decide to go with First Class Mail, it is a roll of the dice. For a bit more postage, tracking numbers are provided on all other shipment preferences.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
USA Welding Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
USA Welding Supply is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take pictures of theh damaged item for reference.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.
USA Welding Supply will not be held responsible for late, lost, stolen or misdirected mail.
1. The Buyer is responsible for supplying the correct address.
2. We are responsible for shipping your item in a timely manner to the address provided by you.
3. The Carrier is responsible (USPS or UPS or other carrier) to deliver your item to the address you provided.
4. The Buyer is responsible to follow up and check their mail in a timely manner for delivery with the tracking number provided. (If your item sits in your doorway or on your porch and disappears, that is not on us.)
5. Once the package is in possession of the carrier, our responsibility ends with any concerns regarding delivery!
