Do you have a physical store?

How do I identify the correct product?

Use the product name, model, or SKU. Match the specifications and the selected option, not just the photograph. Voltage, cable gauge, length, color, lens shade, size, and pack quantity can distinguish otherwise similar products. Contact us when a specification or compatibility detail is not listed.

Which 250 lb rod oven should I choose?

The EQ250DT3 is the 120V model. The EQ250DDT3 is the dual-voltage 120V/240V model. They are separate products. The 250 lb rating is electrode capacity, not shipping weight. Follow the oven nameplate and manufacturer instructions for power connection, operating position, temperature limits, and clearances. Follow your electrode manufacturer's storage and reconditioning instructions.

Are #1 AWG and 1/0 AWG welding cable the same?

No. They are different wire gauges. Match the gauge, length, and connections to your equipment manufacturer's requirements. A listing for a 500 ft spool is not a per-foot listing; check the selected product and quantity before ordering.

Is the listed quantity one item or a pack?

Products may be sold individually, by the pair, in multipair packs, by the spool, or by the case. Check the title, description, and selected variant. For example, quantity 1 of a listing described as a 6-pair pack means one pack containing six pairs, not one pair. Do not assume every glove, lens, or accessory has the same selling unit.

Where do I find current prices and availability?

How do I confirm delivery costs?
